Woodlands
Today we visited Woodlands and put on a play about the wise and foolish builders. We sang two songs, gave out marble cake (better than rock cakes!) and asked for some of the best advice they could give us.
The person Jacinta spoke to learnt how to milk a cow from her dad and how to make bread shaped like men from her mum.
A lady Abby spoke to said you should always be good.
A man Jaxson spoke to said he was good at doing wisdom.
The lady Jonty spoke to said to always tell the truth and to be kind.
Another lady told Tom to always tell the truth and listen to your mum and dad.
The lady Isaiah spoke to said to tell the truth. At least three people said this so it must be important.
A lady told Alyssa to always be kind to people and animals.
A man told Lily to be kind to your mum and dad.
We have more advice to read yet so will be able to tell you more later.

So good to hear how young people interact with the elderly. I saw some photos of you guys: one of the nurses who work with me took photos and showed me. Colette Pienaar
